I have tried to get this company to finish my pool for months. He still has our pool cover so we have not been able to cover our pool and I cant get ahold of anyone to get this done! At least give us our cover so we can have someone else do it. We have spnt over $30,000 on this pool! I have no idea what to do! Do not do business with this company! I wish I could give no stars, this place is a joke now, I guess it’s owned by new management but they constantly tell you they’re coming out and then don’t even get back to you after not showing. They finally came out and replaced our pool liner and did a terrible job, when we confronted them they got an attitude and told us we would owe more money, we said no this wasn’t the agreement. I signed a contract with this company March 11, 2021 to build a pool. Paid $27,000 upfront and to this date still have nothing more than a hole in the ground and steel walls. Jonathan refuses to answer my phone calls and text. he has promised multiple times to be coming to my house only to never show and not answer the phone. I need my money back or my equipment that I have paid for

do not deal with this company...went down and talked to lady behind counter about installing my pool..was told i was on the list and someone would call me in a day or two...went back 3 days later and they could not find my info and wasnt on list...was told i defiantly was on the list then and someone would call in a day or so....two months later no call nobody showed up...call to find out whats going on and lady get rude and accuses me of muscling my way on the list and insest she never put me on the list that we just told t... read more
