I had Backyard Pools come and change an o ring on my filter... it took their pool guy about 3 minutes to do that. I had mentioned that this was our first pool and so he started to show me some tips... before I knew it he said that he was going to start the process of changing my water back... I had 6 bags of shock and went to get them. Before I could get them out he had already poured 2 bottles of chemicals in my pool.
