I have used Backyardpools, for what will be the seventh year now and I have to say every single year there has been delays in opening my pool. I have had to call them every year many times, multiple times so that they can get the chemicals, right. This year was no exception in trying to get my pool open before Derby. When the water didn’t clear after a week, I reached out and was told that they’re super busy and not sure if they could come out or not.
