This company is running a scam! Do not buy from them! They sell you defective products without serial numbers, then lie and tell you that you removed the serial number when you return it for a refund or exchange, and only refund 50% of your money as a restocking fee. I imagine they are reselling defective products with no serial numbers then ask you to send it back for a refund, rinse, repeat with the next customer. We bought a $900 Dolphin Nautilus Plus CC and it only worked for 10 days before it quit working.
Don’t chance it. No customer service and huge restocking fee even if you return it unopened
This company tried to scam me out of $799 by charging a 100% restocking fee after a dolphin robot failed and Amazon said they would refund. I would recommend against doing business with this company.
Seller on Amazon. Price dropped by $90 on a robot vac within 1 week of purchase, and BackyardPoolSuperstore won't make it right and also charge a 50% restocking fee if you return the item! I HIGHLY recommend to seek business elsewhere!
I got ripped off. Sent a totally different brand than ordered. And, I know of no one that does not have a phone. They are thieves. I think I'll call the Trenton police department. Is it not against the law to lie? It should be. It's the same as stealing. These people should be put in jail. I might just make this my mission. Negative 100 stars.
