bought a new (not so sure now) Pentair DE filter. the box it was packed in (Pentair's, not the superstore) was virtually destroyed. bottom half of the filter has a crack. get no response from the superstore from my emails and the phone number does NOT work. first really bad review I have made in my life. should be 0. unless you like gambling a lot, it would be wise to avoid them. over $1,500 down the drain - literally!

I purchased the Hayward Navigator PoolVac through Amazon and have had nothing but trouble since day one. Garbage and they won't help with replacement/refund.

I bought what was advertised as a new Dolphin 2025 Model Explorer E30 on Amazon, which this company fulfilled. When I went to register the warranty, it turns out this is a refurbished model and was manufactured in 2022. This isn't a mistake. It's an obvious attempt to sell used products as new and not get caught. I suspect there are thousands of others. I will be talking to a class-action attorney and hopefully we can find other plaintiffs.

This company is running a scam! Do not buy from them! They sell you defective products without serial numbers, then lie and tell you that you removed the serial number when you return it for a refund or exchange, and only refund 50% of your money as a restocking fee. I imagine they are reselling defective products with no serial numbers then ask you to send it back for a refund, rinse, repeat with the next customer. We bought a $900 Dolphin Nautilus Plus CC and it only worked for 10 days before it quit working.
