As most other buyers have said. Nothing but issues. They shipped my order to the wrong address. I alerted them well before it shipped that the address was incorrect. They ignored me and shipped it anyhow. Now I'm out almost $200 with no product. Do you think they care? Nope.
Customer service practically non existent. I nightmare to return an item. No phone numbers no emails.
Terrible service! I promptly returned the item per the specifications. They have had it in their hands for a week and a half now and are ignoring all my attempts at contact. Phone number only directs you to message them which I have done multiple times to no response. They now have their product and my money. We’re talking hundreds of dollars. Save yourself the stress of dealing with them. It’s one sided.
I believe this company is the same as Poolshop.com - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Item rec'd quickly but does not operate correctly at all. I am guessing it is likely refurbished or something. They don't have a phone number and respond with the same email over and over claiming they need photographs. Even once provided (in my case 4x) they keep asking. Finally just had to file a dispute b/c they wouldn't provide any sort of return authorization or information.
Attempted to return my original pump order a few days after receiving it after I saw they were selling same pump for $100 less. Co charges 20-50% "restocking fee" plus customer pays all shipping and handling for returning unused pump in original packaging within 30 days. They say they need the money to remain competitive in the marketspace. So very very wrong.
