Terrible service! I promptly returned the item per the specifications. They have had it in their hands for a week and a half now and are ignoring all my attempts at contact. Phone number only directs you to message them which I have done multiple times to no response. They now have their product and my money. We’re talking hundreds of dollars. Save yourself the stress of dealing with them. It’s one sided.
I believe this company is the same as Poolshop.com - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Item rec'd quickly but does not operate correctly at all. I am guessing it is likely refurbished or something. They don't have a phone number and respond with the same email over and over claiming they need photographs. Even once provided (in my case 4x) they keep asking. Finally just had to file a dispute b/c they wouldn't provide any sort of return authorization or information.
Attempted to return my original pump order a few days after receiving it after I saw they were selling same pump for $100 less. Co charges 20-50% "restocking fee" plus customer pays all shipping and handling for returning unused pump in original packaging within 30 days. They say they need the money to remain competitive in the marketspace. So very very wrong.
CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD - BUT CAN'T GET ORDER CONFIRMATION OR ANY INFO ON MY ORDER!!! Ordered a cable - I haven't received an order confirmation but they charged my credit card. I've sent several emails and no one is responding. I called their 800 # and no one is answering.
If I could give them negative stars I would. Sent me the wrong item through Amazon, can’t get a response through any communication. They also want to charge me for the return even though it’s not the correct item. Avoid this company and shame on Amazon for allowing a company with such low reviews to sell on their platform.
