If I could give them negative stars I would. Sent me the wrong item through Amazon, can’t get a response through any communication. They also want to charge me for the return even though it’s not the correct item. Avoid this company and shame on Amazon for allowing a company with such low reviews to sell on their platform.
Bought Pentair filter assembly. All of assembly I received would not fit together and would not fit with other components. Bought elsewhere and everything fit. They will do nothing to help make right. Avoid this company at all costs.
Scam. Never received my order
bought a new (not so sure now) Pentair DE filter. the box it was packed in (Pentair's, not the superstore) was virtually destroyed. bottom half of the filter has a crack. get no response from the superstore from my emails and the phone number does NOT work. first really bad review I have made in my life. should be 0. unless you like gambling a lot, it would be wise to avoid them. over $1,500 down the drain - literally!
