Seller on Amazon. Price dropped by $90 on a robot vac within 1 week of purchase, and BackyardPoolSuperstore won't make it right and also charge a 50% restocking fee if you return the item! I HIGHLY recommend to seek business elsewhere!
I got ripped off. Sent a totally different brand than ordered. And, I know of no one that does not have a phone. They are thieves. I think I'll call the Trenton police department. Is it not against the law to lie? It should be. It's the same as stealing. These people should be put in jail. I might just make this my mission. Negative 100 stars.
Saw a Polaris 280 at the Superstore at a incrdibly low price with hose and connections in ready to go plug and play. Adjusted Polaris nozzle to 10 oclock position, threw it in ,and runs to top of pool water so walls will finally be cleaned again by Polaris....and not me and the pool brush. Runs exactly as a new one should. Also delivered within 2 days. Hats off to you guys. Couldn't be happier!!!
Absolutely scammy company, placed order through Walmart for a filter clearly stating free delivery then sent out an extortion email requesting an additional $180 for delivery or face delays. Then it’s been delayed past the promised delivery date with still no tracking information. I’ve had my fill of shady people in this world, how can people sleep soundly at night screwing everyone else.
I google Polaris 280 many days online, finally found the lowest price from this merchant. Free shipping is super fast, only two days after placing an order. Item is pretty good with extra two storage bags. I registered on Polaris website for one year warranty. Thank you for excellent service
