We hired backyard pools to plumb our new heat pump. When the valves started disintegrating, I did my research and realized they had installed incorrect BALL valves. I called and spoke to the manager and he said they use Jandy valves. He did not offer to come and look at the plumbing. He said they could replumb, but there would be a charge. I will find someone else to redo the plumbing. This Experience has taught me to do my research before I hire anyone.
Jon and Dan provide the most accurate, honest and friendly help I’ve run across for many years. I wish all businesses operated this way. Their knowledge level is very high and they explain the details at a level the customer needs. Prices are competitive and they have never tried upselling me anything.
