Top notch family run business!
I’ve been a customer with Backyard Pool for about 15 years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. After asking them to review my already‑high monthly rate of $145, they responded by raising it even further to $185. This felt less like a fair adjustment or conversation and more like an attempt to push me out as a customer. We hired backyard pools to plumb our new heat pump. When the valves started disintegrating, I did my research and realized they had installed incorrect BALL valves. I called and spoke to the manager and he said they use Jandy valves. He did not offer to come and look at the plumbing. He said they could replumb, but there would be a charge. I will find someone else to redo the plumbing. This Experience has taught me to do my research before I hire anyone.
