My husband and I hired Saul to resurface our pool with a dark Pebble tech product. It has had discoloration from day one. We can’t figure out if it was installed incorrectly or if it was the product itself but it looks hideous. We have tried to contact Saul numerous times with absolutely no response whatsoever. We are still having further discoloration and still have never had Saul or anyone from the company contact us. We were told if we signed a contract in Feb., our pool would be completed by mid-April, when family from out of town was coming to visit. . A large deposit was required. For weeks after signing, no one showed up. First, the pandemic was the excuse, then sourcing equipment was the problem. Finally we ordered the filter and pump on Amazon. We even drove to Tucson ourselves to pick up a light housing for their electrician. I hired this company after doing my research and getting many many bids. this company was the only one that did NOT sub everything out. my pool is very large 40K gallons. two layers of plaster and two layers of tile. I have never seen anything like that. the sales rep, Gabriel was absolutely fantastic and sold the job after talking with him. he knew it from the start and I didn't even have to tell him.
