After paying $11,000 to their so called 'Architect' who really was a Draughtsman,to draw up, 'liase, and submit my plans which were rejected even after I told him previously, that their wasn't enough , information for my local council to approve. Still going. Am going to the media.
2 years ago I contracted with this firm for a $92000 2brm granny flat. After price blow-outs that rounded out to $3000 per item not included in the contract we paid about $130,000. We ceased speaking with Raj (architect) and dealt with the builder and now have a truly wonderful little building in our backyard. We couldn't be happier. But what a trial! I did not know a verandah is a flat slab. It was a costly error - a raised platform is a balcony and railings and stairs are not included.

I would give zero if that was an option. After signing the contract and paying the required deposit, we were hit with an additional $3000 that they forgot to add onto the invoice. We constantly had to chase this company for everything. When it came to getting a delivery date we were handballed to the CEO who was too busy in her full time job (not backyard pods) to call us back that she sent an email full of personal attacks against us.
