Don’t order hot tub cover from this business. Two months and 6 phone calls and he still doesn’t know where it is. He was rude on phone when we first followed up after three weeks when it was only supposed to be two weeks. He never called us back and he never answers the phone and they don’t have answering service or machine.

Have always been treated great. Today was excellent.
We needed a new cover for our hot tub. Called to the place where the hot tub was purchased from, we were told it was going to be $650 plus tax. A friend told me about Backyard Pleasures. So I gave them a call…the guy knew all the right dimensions for my model, had a great colour selection and the custom made hot tub cover we got looks awesome! The best part? Saved over $200 by going here. Everything here is cheaper than the place we used to go for hot tub supplies.
