Has to be the worst pool builder in the Des Moines area. Over promise and under deliver. Poor communication and lacks basic pool knowledge. They will trick you with the nice looking showroom pools, so beware.

SERVICE?? Don't even engage this business. They wont return your call and you can't leave a voice mail as their VM box is full. Very shady if you ask me. If they can't respond to a simple call or voice mail, how would they ever deliver on a substantial operation of service??
Horrible experience. Overpromise and underdeliver start to finish. Poor communication and underwhelming effort to correct.
