While we were satisfied with the overall finished product, the owner (Chad) was very different to deal with. Hung up on my husband on one occasion when he had a concern about Chad's demand of paying in full for an auto cover that was on backorder and no timeline for delivery and gave no other options/solutions. This is not how I would expect the owner of a company to behave.
Has to be the worst pool builder in the Des Moines area. Over promise and under deliver. Poor communication and lacks basic pool knowledge. They will trick you with the nice looking showroom pools, so beware.

SERVICE?? Don't even engage this business. They wont return your call and you can't leave a voice mail as their VM box is full. Very shady if you ask me. If they can't respond to a simple call or voice mail, how would they ever deliver on a substantial operation of service??
