Chad and his team did great work. Process was smooth from start to finish considering the wet year we’ve had. Highly recommend Backyard Paradise to anyone putting a pool in.
I was pleased with our pool build. I did have a safety concern with our initial water slide. Chad agreed and made it right.
We have a court date of Feb. 2025 to resolve the leaking peeling pool that they had refused to replace after repairing over 200 leaks and it started leaking again. During the repairs the lead repairman told me he could not figure out why they did not just replace the pool.
Chad and his team were all great to work with, very responsive and respectful. It was just a good experience all around. Our pool was installed in less than 10 days and they were more than willing to make our experience as good as possible. If I ever move, I will have Chad put in my next pool!
