We purchased a gas fireplace log (and full installation service) from them. They sent an unqualified "serviceman" ( really a delivery man for their UPS boxes) who was unable to complete this convential installation in our fireplace ( the natural gas connection was already installed). They told us to contact the local gas company for installation. This place has terrible customer service. I have never tried to do business with a small business that has such unhelpful staff. The owner is not any better, will not return to this pool place, there enough options in this town to avoid this establishment.
