Jon Davidson is a Scam! Never pay him ahead of time. After he has been paid for the month, he has only came out once and started with an excuse on how he cannot make it during a week, then does he does not communicate the week after. Look at his Yelp reviews for similar reviews as this one, hire a real pool company and stay away from Jon Davidson!
I contacted backyard Oasis on July 29th to have my new filter installed. He said he was able to have it done the following week. I paid for the installation and the work was not completed until August 13th. The pool had turned very green by this time and it turned out the waste and pump lines were connected wrong. I was promised due to the time it took to get the filter working correctly, that he would clear my pool and have it swim ready within a week. I've been a customer for the last several months with Backyard Oasis Pool & Spa. Jon has been a great communicator explaining what I had been missing or overlooked with our pool maintenance. Since Jon's been taking care of our pool it's literally never looked better! I should have hired him years ago. Jon's always been professional and timely. I'd happily recommend Backyard Oasis Pool and Spa any day of the week. Thanks Jon for keeping our pool looking pristine!
