After owning our pool for 8+ years, we experienced some first time issues last year. Our local pool store was unable to answer our questions and was at a loss. We reached out to Theresa and she was able to help with just a few pictures and some advice. Super responsive. We highly recommend Backyard Oasis!
0 STARS, Please read. We were scammed by Clinton Pro Group/Backyard Oasis (CPG/BO), a certified Latham pool installer recommended by Latham. Our project was proposed as a 10 day installation but stretched to over 190 days before CPG/BO abandoned their project. CPG/BO repeatedly failed to adhere to their contract, industry standards, manufacture requirements and building codes, causing extensive damage and financial loss. Backyard Oasis is a top notch business with high touch customer service. My pool was in dire straights and I was reassured that I was in the right place to get the help I needed. I’d been struggling for weeks to get my water balanced and clean. With their hands-on guidance, my pool was turned around in one week. I highly recommend Theresa and her staff. Thank you!
This company has been nothing but amazing! We needed help and we could not get a call from the bigger company’s here in the quad cities. We called them and they responded right away. They have been very responsive and accommodating! We will not be using any other pool company in the future.
