Backyard Oasis is a top notch business with high touch customer service. My pool was in dire straights and I was reassured that I was in the right place to get the help I needed. This company has been nothing but amazing! We needed help and we could not get a call from the bigger company’s here in the quad cities. We called them and they responded right away. They have been very responsive and accommodating! We will not be using any other pool company in the future.
Best pool store in the area! Theresa doesn't want you to spend money on chemicals you don't need and is very knowledgeable on what you do need! 2nd year here and she has turned my pool from green to blue. Also this betta solar skimmer took the work away from me and my sand filter!
Drove up from the Quad Cities because none of the pool stores down here had the part I needed for my filter. Was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who not only helped me with my current issue, but discussed some other things with me that will help me in the future.
