These guys are top notch!! We picked one of their used hot tubs and had them refurbish it. WOW...what a difference...we honestly thought it was a brand new hot tub when they delivered it. We live about an hour away and the delivery team was friendly and put the tub exactly where we wanted. Service after the sale has been amazing!! Great products...great prices...great people!
I saved over $10,000 by purchasing a refurbished hot tub from Backyard Oasis. I got a Hot Springs Envoy that was 6 years old. After they completely finished their job, it was basically a new tub. We have used it every night for the past 2 months and couldn't be happier. Just had my neighbors purchase a hot tub from their Round Rock location and they are completely happy as well. These guys have been refurbishing hot tubs for over 20 years, and do an excellent job. I don't think you will be disappointed.
Update: The owner has gotten everything fixed and it is running like a dream. Although things were rough for a bit, the dedication to customer service and hard work of this company has definitely won me over. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality and excellence. Update: They have been in contact with me and came out to address the problems. A junk yard of trashy hot tubs!
