Shoddy bird feeders fall apart within 2 months.

Bird's Choice service is pathetic. Horrible. I sent several emails and no response. I ordered a bird feeder with a mount. They did not ship the mount and that makes the Feeder useless. I need to return it, and they have not responded. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. No response. Now I am filing with the Wisconsin Attorney General's Office. Avoid this Business. Dishonest and Horrible service.

This feeder is outstanding, no squirrels and even Cardinals use the perches. The tac welding on the seam could be better but going on 3 years still works great.

I just received an Oriole feeder today. The feeder looks great but please change your instructions telling people to put salad oil in the ant moat and shame on you telling people to grease poles with Vaseline or other lubricants or cooking sprays. If that gets on Hummingbirds feathers (yes I know it’s an Oriole feeder, they share food sources/perches) its a death sentence.

I just completed assembly of my PMSR 12 Purple Martin house. The assembly takes quite a long time and I really wish I would’ve held off and done it along with my grandchildren. This would make a rewarding project to do along with the kids. This is an attractive, well-made, and well engineered product. I really like the clean out method that they have designed into this model. We have had other Purple Martin houses in the past and this one has a number of features that I really like.
