Helpful but expensive When I was shopping for a hot tub, I toured the store. All of their tubs were too high for my price range, but I did return to buy all the products to service the product and he went over everything with me.
Great store, great service. I've been extremely impressed with everyone at Backyard Living. They've provided excellent consultative information throughout the sales process. Their delivery people did a great job with a difficult area. And they've provided excellent post sales support. Contrary to a previous poster's comments, I found the prices to be very reasonable for the products they offer. It's nice to know that there is such terrific service offered by a local retailer. Go in and see them. I think you'll be very happy.
