Not a good company hot tub had leak pick up kept for 2 weeks brought back dirty where set outside. Went to get ready for winter use and has no power. Wants to charge 125.00 and 2.00 a mile plus parts. He had hot tub longer than me. Done with this company. Buyer beware.
Very disappointed with this company. Had bad experience Hot tubs leaked they had to pick up and take back to shop and when they brought back it was dirty where they let set outside. Once they got it installed ran for a while now have no power at all. They want to charge 125.00 for service call And 2.00 a mile and parts. Never again Back Yard Leisure ya are con artist. Buyer beware.

I highly recommend Backyard Leisure for your hot tub purchase. We worked with Tyler on our order and he went above and beyond to get us our tub quickly. He is the best customer service manager to work with. The installation crew headed up by Cody could not have been better. Top notch installation. Wonderful experience from beginning to end!!
We are so happy with our swim spa! It was installed within 3 weeks of purchase. The men who did the installation and delivery were highly skilled, and placed It under our pergola in a very tricky spot. When we needed additional technical support, they came within days to help us iron out the kinks. This was a great investment in our future, and we so appreciate their service and support!
We have an 8 ft square hot tub we acquired that needed extensive repair . Needed manifolds and other parts that leaked do to being outside and a power outage caused freeze damage . Backyard Leisure fixed us up with all the right parts to do the repairs . They had our filters we needed and was very helpful with any questions we had . Their prices were competitive also .
