Arrived to the store, went in and looked around and Noone ever came out to greet or help us.
We bought our first hot tub from the showroom at Backyard Leisure and are very pleased with the service and the hot tub as well as the price. We dealt with Jay and he was very courteous and helpful during the entire process and included everything to get it up and running- over and above our expectations. They were patient and held the hot tub for almost a month until our deck was ready, and they made sure the decking would be safe for the weight of the tub. Advertising a price for a specific spa and the one in the picture isn't the actual spa. A poor bait and switch tactic. I will never do business with a company that is not built with Integrity.
