Don't buy anything from them! Poor customer service, misleading sales department. Wish I had researched this place through Google prior to making our purchase. We have already had another pool store say they are sorry that we had dealt with this sorry representation of a pool company. 4/29/2025- Update: Ok, already put a review in not long after I got my pool. But now it is another review to say I tried calling once again because our liner which we have only had for 2 1/2 yrs and used in total 6 months out of those two years we now have holes in our liner...which is very strange as we only have had our two daughters who are in there 20's using the pool and our family that came down ONCE to visit and it was all adults nobody that would be acting crazy in our pool to cause all these tears. Be careful they will sell you a hot tub that you can’t get filters for and won’t help you find a solution. Robbery
Do not buy anything from this place! Very poor customer service! Once they have your money, you won't hear from them. Took them over a year to deliver a swim spa when we were told 4-6 months when we purchased it. We have warranty issues now and the technician they sent said he fixed it, but light still doesn't work. He also broke molding and didn't put panel on correctly. Now They don't sell Hydropool anymore and won't fix what they broke.
