Extremely Dishonest. We ordered and paid in full for a Spa in April 24. The branch manager, Eric, promised delivery in one month on 8 May. In August of this year, still no spa delivery. The whole time Eric and the General Manager Jeff had been saying the tub was built and they couldn't get it shipped from the manufacturer. In August the GM admitted the tub hadn't even been ordered/built yet. After this admission it still took us several months to get our money refunded. Honestly the worst experience ever; paid for my pool back in February, was told I’d would be completely finished and concreted around the end of may, didn’t get the pool put in until June, didn’t get the pump until August! Managed to have a leak after filling it with water, took about a month for them to have someone come and fix it. We are still waiting for the concrete to be laid. Purchased a hybrid pool at end of July. Sales agent David was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The install crew just finished today. (There was a few hiccups). They were also helpful and took time to explain the everything. It took longer for the process than quoted but now that they're done, I'm happy. Many other reviews were negative regarding the time it took, but the job was done by my expectation.
This has to be hands down the worst experience EVER. The only good thing was how nice the sales person has been. I bought a pool on special paid half on my debt and half on my credit, got a call a week later that the transaction never went through, even though my bank and credit card company said they did, I was told they would be refunded and then I would need to pay again. We signed for our pool in March 2024, as of today October 24, 2024 we still have no pump, ladder, vacuum or hot tub! They have not finished the job, left the shell with water and never came back!backyard still has no pipes covered with dirt! And the owner Absolutely will not return and calls or text messsages!! This is a horrible company, here we sit with money up front paid to them and they will not finish the job, no concern whatsoever ever. It’s getting cold and this is just a horrible mess!!
