Eric was amazing! Was very informative and knowledgeable. I hope the installation goes as well as the purchase.... Will keep y'all updated update: we went through hell with this company...the only person worth dealing with in this company was Eric and now he is gone. Called a few weeks ago with some issues going on with the pool and now they are saying that they charge to come out and address the issue, I believe he said $150
I purchased my pool in February, Install started in April, this is my yard today in June. They take your money, don’t finish the job and won’t return calls. I had to leave I e star because it wouldn’t let me leave zero. Worst place ever.

This company does not need to be in business. Please go elsewhere for all your Pool needs. I highly recommend US 1 Pools for all your needs, the owner will not get involved With problems so that should tell you something about a poorly ran business !! We will never have anything to do with them again & will tell everyone to be aware Of the promises and lies as you know, they’ve been on troubleshooter channel 11 news quite a few times stay away from this company Unless you want the same problem as everyone else has occurred
