I highly recommend US 1 Pools for all your needs, the owner will not get involved With problems so that should tell you something about a poorly ran business !! We will never have anything to do with them again & will tell everyone to be aware Of the promises and lies as you know, they’ve been on troubleshooter channel 11 news quite a few times stay away from this company Unless you want the same problem as everyone else has occurred

This place made channel 9 new today for not delivering people's orders after paying in full. People been waiting over 10 months. Over 34 complaints to the Attorney General. Stay far away from this place. Do your research. These people have paid upfront or financed and still nothing. It's terrible this business is still standing.

Im hearing horror stories, i purchased a bullfrog A8 it arrived with a leak, they replaced it quickly and all is well, i got zero % financing, and im ok. if i need service im afraid im screwed based on all other reviews.
