Excellent customer service! The technician did great and professional job on my swim pool. It was notice he was very knowledgeable on what he was doing! I was very happy with the whole team from Champaign, IL and Indianapolis, IN If you need their services go forward, I recommend them!

I only bought a hot tub from here because of Cassandra. She is the real deal. Edit: Cassandra is great but not feeling Backyard Leisure any longer. Long story short. Delivery was supposed to be today at 10am. Stayed up to wait as I work 3rd. I get a call from the ops manager after 1pm stating they don't think they can make it. Terrible communication. If I could cancel this thing I would.
