Original installation work and communication went well. The structure itself is built well but the anchors were not stable. We tried to contact them via the email address provided but received no response on multiple attempts.
The guys showed up on time and got the job done quickly at a fair price. No reservations about recommending them. Thanks, Harry!
I scheduled an appt with Will at Backyard Funstallations 3 weeks ago for him to come and install my new playset today, 03/29 as a surprise for my sons 5th birthday which is 03/30. Will had the AUDACITY to actually show up to my home this morning only to tell me that due to the weather forecast he would be unable to put it together for me today.
