This place is awesome if you need pool advice! I was at my wits end with our pool and they helped we week after week finally get our pool up and going! They know what they are doing. Small place, I don't feel like a number. I'm getting ready for my first trip of the year. I drive over an hour to get there just because I love them so much!
My husband and I have stopped 3 times at different times of the day to inquire on their new pool they have on display and each time the lady at the counter was helping someone but never once acknowledged us so we stood around waiting patiently while we listened to her talking about a vacation she was going to be taking, so we moved closer to the counter and still was never acknowledged. They will be too busy to care and then blame you for their incompetence. Plus they over charge for their service calls. Recommend going anywhere else for service that doesn't cost 147 dollars for 10 to15 min of subpar service . I paid the deposit for the first hour they took weeks to show up and then looked at it and said they had to bring it to the shop and left. Had to call back several times ad they never followed through with the repairs. I lost the deposit and had to go to madison for service. Save your time and money g... read more
