This is a nice store in Westport Village with the worst customer service. We ordered high end patio furniture last summer and over 6 months later am still waiting for a usable chair. The quality of the furniture we received was not as represented and the salesman and manager seem unwilling or unable to resolve it. My phone calls aren't returned. I don't hink it's expecting too much to expect a store to stand behind its products and to at least receive a phone call as promised.
