Backyard Escape Studios built a shed for us recently. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The office was amazing getting things rolling and assisting us with a design. They kept us updated the whole way through the project. The install team was also outstanding and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the finished product. I whole heartedly recommend this company to those looking.
Office staff ( Melissa ) was amazing , she was super patient with me when I kept debating different scenarios ( they build it , I build it , roof , no roof shingles ... LOL ) she was AMAZING .... then when it came to the day of building the guys were awesome , it looks beautiful and I am so happy with it , I cant wait to decorate it and make it my cozy get away by the pool !! I am thrilled with my new garden shed! The process was efficient and professional, and ran very smoothly. The Design Team was really helpful, and the Installation Team did a wonderful job. I would happily recommend this group.
We just completed a build-it-yourself kit installation of a 8x16 bunkhouse at our family camp near Foleyet. Our experience with Backyard Escape Studios was great from start to finish. The design and ordering process was efficient with Melissa; payment and delivery terms were flexible; and most importantly, the kit itself was very well-built with no errors or omissions. Our installation was a 9-hour drive away, so were were very worried we would discover a missing piece or some other error that would a challenge to fix...didn... read more
