Correction for amount of money Backyard Dreamscapes cashed of my checks. It should be $10,700 he cashed of my checks in Sept. and I have not received anything from him. It also should say , I do not trust Michael Groves he took my money and gave me nothing in return.

In September Michael Groves of Backyard Dreamscapes cashed $11,7000 of my checks and 6 months later I have never seen him or the hot tub that I paid him to purchase and install. DO NOT TRUST MICHAEL GROVES HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN. On December 9th I send him an email requesting we communicate in writing ...email/texts so I would have written records of what he was telling me. I wanted his excuses in writing as proof. We hired Michael to rehab our hot tub in April 2016 (install new jets, build a deck around it. To date, he has completed NONE of the work for which we paid him. He has offered to refund the money he owes us, but has not in spite of my threat to sue him in small claims court. This business is disreputable. Do not hire them, ever. You'll just lose your money.

The owner (Mike) was very knowledgeable. He was punctual, and very respectful. He listened to my concerns and gave the best advise instead of the advise that will cost the most. Budget was a major concern and without me even mentioning that to him his suggestions were always the most cost effective solution. I will use him again in the future and confidently refer Backyard Dreamscapes. DaMarus Seahorn
