Not sure what happened and why we were treated like this. I had big hopes to hire Michael to fix up my small backyard. All we wanted is artificial turf, 1 palm tree and white rocks with some cactuses. Michael nicely responded our messages and came to give us quotation. After that we had the date set for a Monday. On Monday he requested Friday start. I was okay with that.
