They market their products for outdoor use but in tiny print that you can't find tell you that you have to apply a sealant to wood that should have already been treated since it is marketed as an outdoor product.
The Product was great quality! I did have a couple parts that were missing or damaged in transit and the customer service was PHENOMENAL!!! Parts were expedited to me at no charge!

We ordered and paid for a playset and assembly it was delivered a few weeks ago with an installation date of April 28. The delivery/assembly was cancelled by the delivery technician on the morning of April 28-my husband had already taken off work to stay home for the assembly and it was cancelled. He was told to wait for a phone call that same day to let him know when a substitute technician would be coming to set it up that day.
