Terrible experience and even worse customer response and support. I'm pretty sure they're out of business because they're not answering their phones and the answering message has changed from Backyard Designs to a default message. Doesn't surprise me. They took 6 months to do a 3 month job and that's with me having to stay on top of them and drive the schedule and deliverables every week. Horrible experience with them. Everything was delayed and poor quality. We have had multiple equipment failures. Now they don’t even answer emails or phone calls.
I reached out to Backyard Designs for an outdoor kitchen refresh project. I had previously worked with the company approximately 12 years ago when I moved to the area, so I wanted to work with someone I knew and with whom I had previous experience. When calling their office on June 1, I was connected with Jared to assist me. Jared and I set a date for an onsite meeting at my home of June 13 at 2:00 PM.
