This is such an awesome gym with great coaches and workouts that actually feel so worth it! I’ve learnt so much about proper form and effective workout movements. Even if you’re a beginner, coaches will be there every step of the way and others are super friendly to keep you up to speed!

So, I came across Backyard CrossFit due to my home gym in DTLA closing at the end of this month. My friend and I dropped in for their Wednesday evening Fit N Peachy class which was taught by Coach Hector. We also met Jose, the owner of the gym. I’ve been coming to this gym for the past 8 years. The sense of community is strong. Every coach is special for me, they care about you and they treat you like a family. I love this place like my second home. Everyone here helps each other. Grateful for coach Jose, saber, Chris, hector and Melanie for all they do for us.
