Dependable, Reliable and back their word with results
This company has terrible customer service I called them 6 weeks ago after hurricane I asked them to come out and give me an estimate for replacing screens nobody call me back I called them 2 more times because this company built my back patio. Finally one of the owner called me this week and said I will be there tomorrow morning at 9:30 nobody shows up at 9:30, 10 o'clock I called them and lady told me he had an emergency.They can't even give a courtesy call to customer saying they couldn't be there apparently they don't gi... read more
Backyard Creations recently completed a screen room for my swimming pool. The room looks great and they did a fantastic job, plus the workers were so considerate. I am more than pleased with my screen room and would give them an A+ at this point.
