We ordered a playset for my daughter and the ladder that was installed was broken. We reached out that day to report it and were told it would be resolved. Now 3 months have passed and nothing, horrible customer service.
Does this company have a single good review? It seems like they're just taking people's money, canceling and rescheduling installs, and hoping people won't ask for their money back? Then they copy paste the same response on all their reviews 'forward to corporate and someone will reach out shortly' what a sham
Purchased a display model and it was delivered to me with gaps where the roof and ceiling meet and water damage on floor. No compensation for what I will have to do try and fix it. Wasn’t asking for a lot. Definitely shop elsewhere.
After paying $3500.00 for my shed, and 5 different install dates ( cancellation 4xs ) without even a phone call stating that they weren’t going to come on the date/dates .. No one ever answered the phone, left messages and they never called back !! Called corporate twice and got nowhere! When they did finally show… it was poorly put together!! Pure amateur job !! You can see the roofing nails that came right through the ceiling! Frames are cut uneven and you can see right outside in several places !! These shed look NOTHING ... read more
Ordered my shed through my local Lowe's — builder did a great job, but was not given all the supplies to finish our roofing on it. Was told he would return in a week with the supplies, but neither the builder nor the company will respond now. It's been THREE months. Calls go to busy or continuously ring, emails are never responded to. Highly unprofessional. Edit: Response below aside, still no contact from them.
