I bought a shed back in September from lowe's and these guys were contracted by Lowe's to build the shed. Due to covid-19 there was a long wait which was understable. We waited until November 8th and 2 days before they were scheduled to come out they said the shed was on back order. I was like, "it took 2 days before the install for you guys to find this out?" One of the worst experiences I have had. I think the company only consists of two people. One who answers the phone and one who istalls. Completely understaffed, don't be in a rush to get anything done. Promise you a lot but never follows through. If your having a playset installed please be aware that if your ground is not completely level (and I mean LEVEL) the end result of the playset will look like the leaning tower of piza.
