This company purchased Kid's Creations, I bought a beautiful Redwood playset, mainly because of the lifetime wood rot warranty. I have a few boards that have rotted and they will not replace the boards "Sorry, there is nothing we can do" is what I got. I even offered to give them the measurements of the rotted boards to have them replace the redwood with cedar. They should be more flexible with their offerings...especially since we spend more than $3000 on the playset. Very unfortunate.
I had a 10'x12' shed installed on Nov 10-11, 2021. Day one, the installers repeatedly backed into my double gate, attempting to get their trailer into the backyard. Both gate fence posts are bent and inoperable. They said they'd fix it before they left. They did NOT. The leveling of the shed was done with scrap wood (2x4s and 4x4s). One side is lose to touch and not secured. The shingles were not effectively secured to the roof and started blowing off last night (Nov 11, 2021).
