Purchased this shed from Lowes. Lowes states clearly they sunblock contract the install out and this is the company that contacted me. So the delivery and installation went great. After the installation on April 29, 2002, is where issues have arisen. I noticed some small flaws after the installation, not big but still some issues that need resolution. Do not contract with this company to install your playset purchased through another company (Home Depot, Costco, etc.). We have been trying to coordinate the purchase and install of a playset since October 2021. I called all winter to confirm install waiting list and was consistently told they were only booking 2 weeks out. Contracted out by Home Depot. Company rerouted our swing set bought from Home Depot and we can’t track it or find out where the item is. Now we are paying for an item that we don’t have, Home Depot doesn’t know where it is, and the installer is not responsive and ends work at 330pm. The shed got delayed a couple of times, but that's to be expected in these times. They called and stayed in touch. A gentleman named Erick came to install and did a Perfect job! level, square, straight, doors had a perfect reveal and lockset worked smooth! Very happy with the install and cleaned up after he was done. Very talented man.
Agreed on a price to buy a display model. After some confusion on the company’s part the display I agreed to buy was not actually there but the unit I thought I was buying would be $300 more. I spent time and effort to secure timely transport as I was told sale was final, but I guess not if the error is on their part.
