I would give them 0 stars if I could! These people don’t know how to return phone calls. Don’t know how to install in a timely fashion. Don’t know how to come back and paint it in a timely fashion. Installation started on June 1 and when I purchased the shed I was told 3 to 4 days maximum for installation it took 12. I’ve been waiting a week and a half for them to come back out and paint. I’ve called three times with no return phone calls. Next step is the Better Business Bureau and attorney generals office.

My shed build was subbed out to this company by Home Depot. Their customer service and communication is abysmal. I was scheduled and then pushed back 4 times since I ordered it in September, each time I was not contacted prior to the install date, but days after the installer was supposed to have come and gone. Now 3 months later, having lost multiple days work on my own job to try and be there when the installer came, I have requested a refund through Home Depot. Worst experience I have ever had a with a company. I am now on my 5th scheduled appointment 6 weeks out from my original install date, 3 month since I ordered my shed. I have dealt with calls 5 pm the night before, not being able to locate the shed I ordered. They scheduled an appointment and didn’t notify me and no showed to appointments.
