Great customer service building our playset. They even came back upon request for altered alignment with our house.
Lee Hutto of Superior Installs was timely, quick and professional.
Called the 800 number for help with a product. After waiting on hold for 8 minutes I was told to check another website. I advised that I'd already checked that site. The lady on the phone was taking cues from someone in the background but in the end didn't seem to care if I found what I was looking for or not. That conversation lasted about 30 seconds. The sad customer service is a reflection on your organization and how you view potential customers.
