I called to see if I could have someone come out to give me a quote to have a shed built. I was told that they don't do that and could give me a quote over the phone. OK, I asked the lady who answered about what is stated on their website about needing 4 feet of working room on all sides of the shed. I would have to have the shed 2 feet off of the garage to meet the required setback from the property line. Do not make the mistake we made. Warning about the builder. The roof on our 2014 Savannah storage shed caved in from the snow on 3/13/23. I Cannot get a hold of the owner. I have tried several times to call him I have left messages. Lord help me. Dave the owner said it was my fault because I did not shovel it. Be careful with back yard Dave.
