Jami at Backyard Botanist was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful with advice regarding my QLD bottle tree. Any issue that came up, Jami was responsive, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. When my grow light wouldn’t turn on after installation, she immediately organised a replacement without hesitation. Such amazing customer service and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Backyard Botanist enough.
I bought the moisture meter to help me with water my new plants. I am a new plant owner and my worst worried is to kill my lovely plants for overwatering or not enough. The item is really easy to use and works as described. I highly recommend Backyard Botanist, the service provided was great and my delivery arrived in great conditions.
