Customer service was good a little pricy
This is a long overdue review. Bought a pair of soil moisture meters awhile ago and very happy with the friendly customer service and product. Even got a free coffee voucher which was so nice to see the care and human interaction between seller and buyer. I wish backyard botanist all the very best as they are awesome.
I am very happy with the customer service and speedy delivery. I placed an order yesterday, and it got delivered this morning. All packed perfectly! Highly recommend.
Jami is so lovely and accommodating and her customer service is 10/10. I purchased some gifting products and not only are they are super cute Jami was able to make sure they arrived in time. Will definitely be shopping here again!
