Zach was awesome, called on a Tuesday to check if they had a RS Zest in stock and could ship it to Michigan, the boat was delivered by a private carrier that same week on a Saturday. Zach was on top of it, I've never had such a smooth transaction, especially dealing with a company several states away. Thanks guys. Highly recommend them to anybody, I will be using them for any sailing related purchases in the future.
Very knowledgeable folks, but prices are a bit high. Not their fault though, Hobie parts are $$$. The guy at the counter gave me everything I needed in terms of steps to service my mirage drive and had everything in stock - no waiting for me, yay!
Bought boats and parts from BB for 30 years. Always 100% great service. Can't say enough about Jay Smirnow, the owner, and his helpfulness. He certainly enjoys his business and helping his customers. Same for his employees. Wish all businesses could be like this.
