Frequent there for the food. Food is great but the atmosphere is let us say casual. The guy's behind the counter need lessons in customer service. The lady was great! I have referred people there if you want down home southern BBQ!
Food and service are incredible. I've never had better BBQ or mac and cheese.
You would be hard pressed to find better BBQ or service anywhere. I've never been to a place were everyone seems truly happy to be working there like at Backyard BBQ. If you don't have a smile on your face when you go in, you will when you leave. They have reasonable prices and generous portions. The only down side is they aren't open very long on the weekends.
