Have had all three of my vehicles here (including motor home) and I have found them to be reasonable in price and they get the job done quickly. I can't imagine the bad reviews I just read, because they didn't sound anything like the experiences I've had at Backyard Auto and Repairs. They used to be real close to me now they are a little further away but I still use them.
I unfortunately had a problem with my Durango. As always, I called Backyard Auto. All in one day, they came and picked up my vehicle , made sure I had a way to go, and promised to fix it as soon as possible. It is now Tuesday, vehicle fixed, more than reasonable fee, and I am one happy camper!!!! This is why my family and I choose them every time plus we get to help support a business in our community.
I usually don't write reviews but I feel I have too on this place!!! I took my Envoy to them last summer to fix the ac and another problem!! Kept it for 2 weeks, NEVER FIX THE MAIN PROBLEM!! And the ac he claimed was all fixed and needed coolant. Charged me over 300 and guess what??? Here it is the next summer and my ac is still doing the same thing it was doing when I took it to them! Plus my horn has stopped working and I'm sure it has something to do with them!!! Please don't take your vehicles here!! This place is awful!... read more
