Ordered a metric bag kit in april by June still no kit. In July half my order came but Im still missing bags and lids. Phone/email contact only gets the response of we will get to it next week. Terrible customer service. Quality is ok on the single piece I recived. Stay away look at other options
Editing my original. Which is posted in the screenshots. All I have to say is I will absolutely never recommend this company to anyone. I can’t speak to their in house service, but their online store front is garbage. And it’s really hard to write that because I never have a bad enough experience to review on it. So I order my ferring for my VTX 1300 on Feb 7 2025, got the message of delays was fine with it, but after I was more then double the expected wait time I have not heard a word, badger, get the run down of next week and all that good stuff, then I ask for a refund I was just going to have another company make one I get “it’s shipping next week” which it did and I did get my ferring after 3 months! Ordered a rear fender about 3/4 months ago and still haven’t received it. So I emailed them and when they finally reached back out they said at the end of that week that they will send me a confirmation number about shipping 3 weeks ago and reached out and no answer. Getting very frustrated at this point.
