By far the worst company I've ever experienced. As a bike builder hobbyist who's used numerous distributors for builds. This company has the worst communication and logistics. Order was placed months ago. I called to get a status update several times. No answer. I finally get a voicemail saying it will be shipped out "no later than Friday" that was 3 weeks ago. The manual centre stand they sell for the baggers works and installs relatively well, a 9/10 for that. As a customer from Australia i was hesitant to buy from a place i haven't used before. My experience wasnt the best. Communication with them is 1/10. As a customer, if you forever have to chase someone you have already paid, that is making a product made to order, and your 15000 miles away, last thing you want is to be an unpaid secretary for them and do they job for them.
