So my overall experience with BAS&I has been nothing but positive. I 1st reached out to them, with some questions about my Honda VTX 1800. I was answered by Yami who was able to answer them all, and also sent me additional information via text/email. They also sent me a list of all the bolts needed, sized and all. They followed up with where I could get the parts cheaper (Headlights, RG fairing, etc). Mike also answered questions that I had as well (Wiring, fit, etc). Customer service 10/10. Knowledge 10/10.
