Ordered a hot tub July of 2021 was told it would be up to a year. Backyard Adventures placed the order February of 2022. Got a email from Watkins Glenn the manufacturer of our hot tub that it was going into production In July. The manufacturer reached out to Andy & Terry Reardon for payment for the 6 hot tubs on that order. Both Andy & Terry completely ignored all emails from the manufacturer. They never made the payment & are telling us & other customers there is a hold up at the manufacturer. I have been in touch with the ... read more

GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE NEGATIVE STARS WERENT AVAILABLE, ANDY TOOK THE MONEY FOR THE INSTALL AND MOVED TO FLORIDA. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Purchased a pool in March 2020, was informed it would be installed by the end of summer,however,due to CoVid this did not occur. Fall 2021 the pool was delivered and left in my yard in the weather. This spring as the weather improved, we tried numerous times to arrange the install as it was already paid for. Andy(the owner) apparently left the state,leaving his employees to answer the angry phone calls from dissatisfied patrons. Terry did arrange for my install money to be refunded.
