I started going to Backyard Boston when I began a new job nearby, right around the time they opened in Fort Point, and it has been the perfect fit for my marathon training. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They are great at pointing out adjustments that make movements more effective, which has been invaluable for someone like me who is getting back into it after more than a few years away from it all. Backyard is my second home. I love every single coach and member, it’s the best community and makes showing up easy! Special shoutout to Jonady, he’s one of the best trainers in the city and couldn’t have reached my goals without him!!
I had such a fantastic workout with Kerrie! She does an incredible job training you especially if you’re interested in hyrox. I will definitely be back soon. They have an open gym, with anything you need. And tons of variety of classes. I especially love how when the weather is nice, we do our classes outside with equipment.
Best gym in town!! Trainers are soooo nice! They make you feel so welcomed, comfortable and honestly a part of a great community. The fact that you just show up and your workout is thoughtfully planned out for you is a major plus!! They are constantly having events to bring the community together. Could not recommend a better workout & community in Boston!!
