Absolutely Incredible BBQ! Hands down the best BBQ I’ve ever had in DE! I ordered the brisket, chicken sandwich, beans, and mac & cheese every single bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Recommend pulled pork/Mac n cheese bowl, ribs, and fries, not the brisket. Burger was completely plain: no lettuce or condiments of any kind or cheese?!
For years been spending my $$$ hear along with driving 20 miles not because of the owner but the BBQ. He is not the easiest person to deal with. Brisket sandwich and everything is good. You can’t be sure just what time he will open. But trays of brisket every year but lately I seen a change in the brisket he sold me stringy and just different. This week it came to the head for me. My question of food two or three times and dark nights day time attitude no more of my MONEY
