Everyone at Backwoods treat you like family. Great food and great atmosphere!
Server Alana was awesome. Very efficient not only for our table, but was helpful to the other servers. Great team player. Staff is happy and upbeat, owner must be great to work for. Food was worth a review, fish was great as was the soup. Would highly recommend it as a regular stop in Payson.
Jason was Manager on Duty and was very helpful with an issue with one of our dinners, he immediately corrected the issue with a smile and the best service with Ricky makes this place a must come be at home with the best food. Mistakes happen , but it is how it is handled that defines a restaurant. Our loyalty is with Backwoods!
