Backwell Dental practice does not undertake NHS work to my knowledge.. It is Well organised, good advance notification of appointment etc. Only one issue raised is that there is no "Perching stool" in the waiting room, only chairs with no arms and very low settees. This should be considered for those who have mobility issues who require a high level chair to sit on whilst waiting to be seen. I have posted reviews for this practice before and they are always positive and appreciative. All members of the team know the patients/clients well and treat them with courtesy and respect. The treatment is faultless. We count ourselves lucky to be able to access BDC and hope we will long be able to do so!
