The lack of communication within this company is a problem. I have to continuesly follow up on my orders. Ordered an item and was told it was on backorder but would be shipped out next week... next week came and no information, emailed in, said it was back ordered and wont ship out till next week... I call in and order a part that is in stock... asked to add it to my previous order. and ship everything together.
