I texted BPS from their website at around 9pm on a Friday hoping to get some insight on what was wrong with my mudbuddy. To my surprise, about 5 minutes later a gentleman named Travis gave me a call while he was off work to help me out. He pointed me in the right direction on what the issue could be, and even gave me a contact to get ahold of if the issue continued. This just goes to show the length they are willing to go just to help out their customers. I highly recommend BPS for any mud motor needs!

I recently got in contact with this company asking if they offered a military discount on their products. I had the pleasure of Travis. He responded to my message in a fast timely manner and continued to answer any other question I had. Highly recommend this company do to their outstanding customer service!
Took my motor last year and because how long they took to do the job, I didn't bother dropping it off back to their shop this time. End up opening up the motor and same part had to be replaced in the end to the point I decided to completely replace it by second try. I found the original seals was still inside when I messed up the first time. They didn't even replace the seals I messed up even tho it comes inside the kit. When I dropped it off last year, the whole shop had no communication skills.
