Took my motor last year and because how long they took to do the job, I didn't bother dropping it off back to their shop this time. End up opening up the motor and same part had to be replaced in the end to the point I decided to completely replace it by second try. I found the original seals was still inside when I messed up the first time. They didn't even replace the seals I messed up even tho it comes inside the kit. When I dropped it off last year, the whole shop had no communication skills.
Had a great experience working with Travis He got me set up with the correct parts I needed in a timely manner will be a return customer for sure 👌

The lack of communication within this company is a problem. I have to continuesly follow up on my orders. Ordered an item and was told it was on backorder but would be shipped out next week... next week came and no information, emailed in, said it was back ordered and wont ship out till next week...
