I have utilized Wayne Backus as a property manager in Lubbock for over 15 years. I have nothing but excellent things to say about him and his team. He is responsive, he is trustworthy and I have never had any issues with poor maintenance. Things get done and as an owner he keeps all issues taken care of and I don't have to be involved. The money is always deposited on time and appropriate amounts. I would recommend he and his team without reservation and with great confidence
I used Wayne as a property manager for a house I own in Lubbock. My best advice is do not do business with Wayne Backus or WestMark Properties. They are liars and charge you for maintenance and other items that were never performed. They stole money from me every single month. It was a horrible experience all around.
