My 42 yr old daughter presented to your ER with c/o hypertension-200/100, chest pain, dizziness, and diaphoresis on September 16th. Not only did she wait for 3 hours WITHOUT cardiac monitoring and observation by licensed staff, she was Not placed on cardiac monitoring in the main treatment area once there. Worst hospital! It doesn’t work like emergency care , it’s like cafe where nurses and doctors are enjoying themselves, they don’t care about patients at all!!!!!
The ER doctor and nurses were outstanding. They took care of me immediately not only were they professional, but also diagnosed me extremely fast.
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the care I received from emergency room provider Nikole Henderson from a ED visit in late May '26. My experience was not only disappointing, but genuinely distressing, particularly given my history of spinal injury and the seriousness of the injuries that were subsequently identified. Thankful for Dr. Anuj Vohra. Sometimes when you go to the ER you don’t get treated with the best compassion and you’re just a number but this was the first time in a long time I felt heard and treated like a human not just a patient. I had severely low potassium and low thyroid levels and after iv and oral medicine I started to feel a bit better. He checked on me throughout my visit there.
