Back in February we had our AC and Furnace replaced by Backus Heating and Cooling (Company's name is now J & M Heating and Cooling). Everything started out fine until I gave them the required money to purchase the equipment. Then it was a challenge getting them out, always had excuses on why they couldn't make it or even better not showing up and not communicating.
